My Husband decided he would rather have a soup today very late in the afternoon.
i had chuck steak, beans, beetroot leaves instead of brocoli.no noodles.

it came out really well apparently.he loved it.i only used the top part of the lemongrass as he doesn t like it too strong of a lemongrass taste.i didnt have corriander so i used essential oil drop.he said everything was well balanced.only took a shortwhile.
this goes in my recipe list.Thank you!
