  • 100 g almond meal
  • 60 g raw cashews
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rice malt syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 30 g chocolate protein powder, Bare Blends
  • --- Dessicated coconut for coating

Recipe's preparation

    Chocolate Power Protein Balls
  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl and blend on speed 6 for 30 seconds.


    Roll into 11 balls (approximately 35g each) and coat in dessicated coconut.

Tip

Protein ball store well in the freezer.  Take out a few minutes before serving.

    Just tried, the mixture wouldn't bind together, added extra dates and coconut oil and honey... and the chocolate is slightly overpowering, leaving a bitter after taste
