Ingredients
Healthy Carrot Cake Bliss Balls
- 1 carrot, Cut into a few pieces
- 100 g walnuts
- 50 g Pepita Seeds
- 100 g pitted dates
- 80 g rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1 pinch nutmeg, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon Mixed Spice, ground
- 1 tablespoon honey, Optional

- Place carrot into "Closed lid" and chop for 3sec/speed7
Add walnuts, pepita seeds and dates to "Closed lid" and chop for 3sec/speed 6
Add remainingingredients to "Closed lid" and blend for 10-15sec/speed 5 or until desired consistency.
Roll into tablespoon size balls and refridgerate and enjoy as a healthy treat..

Tip
Honey is optional if you'd like them sweeter..
