Recipe's preparation

  1. Mix together all of the ingredients

    15 sec/sp 5

Transfer to a bowl and place in freezer for not more than 20-30mins. You want it firm but not frozen.

With a melon baller or teaspoon, make small balls and then drop into coating of your choice - extra cocoa, desiccated coconut, chopped nuts, icing sugar etc.

Once complete, return them to the fridge to refirm. Or place in freezer if you plan on keeping them for a bit longer.

Tip

I've called these "Royal truffles" because they are so rich!

theyre not for the faint of heart but instead those who love the rich, bitter flavour of chocolate with melt in your mouth texture to with it.

This recipe is also incredible to be used as icing for an allergy cake or cupcakes. Simply pour mixture straight onto cooled cake of your choice and spread.
