- 70 g milk powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 heaped teaspoon Vanilla powder

Mill sugar for 10 seconds / speed 9
Add cornflour, milk powder, salt and vanilla and mill for a further 10 seconds / speed 9
Store in pantry for up to 6 weeks.
Place 100 g of powder into jug and add 250g milk.
Cook for 5 minutes / 90 degrees / speed 4.
Chill in fridge until set or serve warm.

Tip
To make a thinnner custard style dessert, add less powder or more milk.
After cooking, serve warm or chill in the fridge until set.
