Ingredients
Apple and rhubarb
- 4 green apples, cored, peeled and chopped
- 4 stalks rhubarb, cut into 2 cm pieces
- 1 lime, juice only
- 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
- 1 tsp cinnamon, finely ground
Sweet Crumble
- 100 grams seasame seeds
- 100 grams pistachios
- 100 grams macadamias
- 100 grams Cashews raw
- 20 grams Coconut Sugar (extra)
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon, nutmeg, & Allspice
- 100 grams Cranberries
- 100 grams white chocolate bits
Sorbet
- 150 grams raw sugar
- 700 grams Coconut milk frozen
- 1 lemon, Flesh only

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1.Place all apple and rhubard ingredients into the TM bowl. Cook for 8 mins/100 degrees/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1
2.Put aside and allow to cool completely
1.Place all nuts , spices and coconut sugar into the T bowl and dry roast for 10 mins/100 degrees/speed 1
2.Add all other ingredients and chop 3 times/ turbo/ 1 sec- or until desired consistancy is achieved
1.Place Raw Sugar into the TM bowl and mill 10sec/speed 9
2.Add stewed fruit and Lemon- Puree for 10secs/speed 5. Thn scrape down sides
3. Add frozen Coconut milk . Chop 1min/speed 9
3. if you require more liquid- add a 2 tbsp of coconut milk
1.Serve Sorbet into small bowl and sprinkle the sweet crumble over the top
