I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- Put 10 grams garlic into the mixing bowl and blend 3 sec/speed 7
- Add 20 grams White Sugar, 1/8tsp Black Pepper, 20 grams Mirin, 10 grams Corn Syrup, 25 grams Korean Soy Sauce, 1 tsp Mushroom Bouillon, 1/2tsp Beef Bouillon, 10 grams Sesame Oil. Blend 10sec / sp.2
- Put in 250 grams Beef Yakiniku Slice into the mixing bowl, then mix them well with chopstick.
- Prepare 60 grams Onion, set it aside in a bowl, and 30 grams Leeks, also set it aside in different bowl (please don't mix them into the seasoning and the beef)
- After marination time is done, find Beef Bulgogi in Cookidoo, then skip the steps until you find the step where you are asked to pour out 20 grams of peanut oil. Please pour 15 grams cooking oil into the mixing bowl instead. Then add the marinated beef. Cook with high temp but reduce the time to be 5 minutes only. Then after the 5 minutes done, please put in the onion slices, and cook it back with high temp for 1 minute only. Then lastly, put in the leeks and cook for another 1 minute. Then serve while it's hot.
Tip
When you pour oil into the mixing bowl, please make sure that the oil is distributed evenly on the bowl surface to avoid browning.

Recipe is created for
TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
