Mince
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 onion, peeled, halved
- 1 carrot, Chunk chopped
- 6 button mushrooms
- 500g Beef mince
- 3 handfuls Cabbage roughly chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp vegetable stock
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tblsp Worchestershire sauce
- 1 tblsp curry powder
- 80g Short Angel Hair Pasta
- 50g Jasmine rice
- 2 tblsp soy sauce
- 500g water

Add into bowl garlic, onion, carrot and mushrooms and chop 2 sec/Sp6. Scrape down sides of bowl with spatula.
Add all other ingredients to bowl, but add water last.
Cook 22 mins/Varoma/"Counter-clockwise operation" /Sp1.
I always give a quick stir with spatula around the 10 minute mark - just to make sure it's all mixed in well.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. I tried this last night and it was a disaster , it was like slop the mince was so fine and the angel noodles were so mushed what did I do wrong ? I followed the recipe
So easy to make and tasted great. Going to be a weeknight regular.
