I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place onion, carrots and zucchini into TM bowl. Chop on speed 5 for 4 seconds. Add oil and cook on 100 degrees, speed 1, for 4 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on Varoma temp, speed 1 for 20 minutes. If sauce is too runny, add a little extra cornflour and cook on Varoma temp, speed 1 for another couple of minutes to thicken. Place pie filling into puff pastry lined pie dish. Cover with another sheet of puff pastry and bake in 200 degree celsius oven for 20 minutes or until pastry has puffed and is browned.
Tip
Nothing goes down better than a hot pie on a cold night. This mixture makes a lot - if there is too much filling for you, pop it in the freezer and take it out for another time. Or make individual pies and freeze the ones you don't eat. I didn't write down exact quantities, but anything goes with a pie...you can follow the basic method for any fillings really. You might want to alter the amount of water/cream you add at the end depending on how much sauce you want your pie to have.

This has been my favourite pie recipe for years! Well worth it. I've never had an issue with it being runny as I add the corn flour at the start. If anything I find it thick and so delicious!
thankyou so much for this glorious recipe 🥰
This is delicious! I added mushrooms and only chopped for 3 seconds so the veg was a bit more chunky. I also cooked on reverse so the chicken stayed in cubes 🙂
Added 3 tbs curry powder which was perfect! awesome recipie, SUPER EASY recipie, either homemade or bought puff pastry. Also reduced water to 200 ml and added 2 tbs cornflour for thicker sauce.

I have been making this pie for a few years now and it never fails - same as below I leave out the water but for a different bling to the pie I add a little curry powder to change it up a bit for the family - thx for recipe 🤩
5/5! Sensational chicken and vegetable pie. We usually serve with mash potato or rice and steamed broccoli and cauliflower. Absoultely tasty! Love the zucchini in this pie. It is a regular in our household and have been making it for a few years now. Thank you for sharing this recipe
delicious! even my fussy not-a-chicken-lover husband said it was good! thanks for the recipe. Like others, I didn't add the water; the mixture was wet enough for a pie without it.
Great if you like soup in a pie. Next time I will omit the 250g of water. Other than that, delicious!
country2cook:if it's too bland that means it needs more salt and stock paste. Add to your liking and I guarantee you will love it. Everyone has different taste salt is a savour
