put on lid without MC
put Varoma bowl on top
wash asparagus and broccolini and put in Varoma bowl
put Varoma tray on bowl
take a piece of baking paper, scrunch it up under running water and lay out tray with paper (maybe cut off edges to make it fit nicer when lid is on)
cut up chicken breast into approx 2.5-3cm pieces
put chicken pieces on tray, sprinkle with salt and pepper
put on lid
steam 20-25mins (depending on the thickness of your chicken and the potatoes)/Varoma/speed 2
after everything is cooked through, remove Varoma and basket, put aside and empty out bowl, no need to clean.
put all ingredients in bowl, put on lid (with MC) and mix 1min/speed 9
cook 5 mins/60 degrees/speed 1
Main Dish
Sauce
Tip
you can use any vegetables you like, but this sauce tastes really nice with the broccolini and asparagus (good alternative to hollandaise sauce!).

Made this tonight and it is delicious. Quite creamy for me but it was still nice. I took the advice and didn't add much water...maybe 40ml. This made it thick but still pourable. Will make again.
We made the honey mustard sauce only to serve over some chicken pieces. It was yummy. I probably should have left out the water or used less as it was a little runny.
Hey! The sauce is a little bit runny. If you want it thicker maybe use more chashews to make it creamier? And/or less cream.
This was very YUM!.
My sauce was a bit runny so not sure what I did wrong but flavor was amazing. Will definatley make again.
This was beautiful! Thanks for sharing.
