Curried sausages for two
- 500 grams Beef Sausages
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 --- small onion
- 1/2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 Small Apple
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 1 grams beef stock
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 50 grams frozen peas
- 20 grams sultanas

- Place 1,000 grams water into the bowl,
Place sausages in varoma on top of bowl
Cook 20 minutes varoma speed 2
Drain water and cool sausages
add garlic and onion
Chop 3 seconds speed 5
Add butter and curry powder
Saute 3 minutes varoma
"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1
Add chopped diced apple and cook further 3 minutes"Counter-clockwise operation"
Mix beef stock with. Or flour and tomato sauce
Cook 5 minutes 100*"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1
Add cut sausages , peas, sultanas, salt and pepper
Scrape down sides
cook 3 minutes 100*"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1
