Deb's Chicken bacon and spinach risotto

  • 80 grams Block parmesan + extra shavings for plating
  • 1 brown onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 20 grams extra virgin olive oil
  • 60 grams shortcut bacon rasher diced
  • 320 grams arborio rice
  • 100 grams white wine
  • 300 grams Chicken thigh fillets
  • 1 level tablespoons chicken stock paste
  • 800 grams water
  • 40 grams baby spinach
  • Butter

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Add cubed parmesan to the bowl and chop for 10 seconds speed 9. Set aside and rinse and dry the mixing bowl. Add the onion and garlic and chop 5 seconds speed 5. Add chopped bacon and oil and cook for 5 minutes 100 degrees speed 1. Add rice, cook for 2 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 1 reverse. Add wine and cook for 2 minutes 100 degrees speed 1 reverse. Add the stock paste, water and chicken. Cook for 20 minutes 100 degrees speed 1 reverse. When finished pour into a thermal server with thr grated parmesan, spinach and butter. You measure that butter with your heart.

    Let the risotto sit for 5 minutes. Serve and add further shaved parmesan to your own taste. Enjoy x
