Tip
Additional vegetables can be added to the mixture in addition to or to replace the carrot. Try one carrot and one parsnip or 1/2 cup fresh spinach.
Make rissoles in much smaller portion sizes to serve as an appetizer with dipping sauce (smokey BBQ, tomato, relish etc.)
Rissoles can be served with vegetables, salad or as hamburgers.
They also make fantastic lunchmeat cold or heated and served with relish.

I made this tonight. I think next time I will chop the carrots up finer. I have young kids who pick out vegetables.
I also just used vegetable stock paste instead of the steak seasoning. It was yummy and my kids ate it.
Just perfect. I used vegie stock in replacement for the steak seasoning. Thank you for the recipe

Loved by everyone!
yes very yummy and easy.
easy Peasy - they certainly are. Made the mixture up this morning before work, then I only had to make them up and cook. I added streak seasoning instead and cook in coconut oil
