Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Add bacon to TM bowl and chop for 5 secs / speed 3

    2. Add olive oil and cook 100c, counter-clockwise operationspeed 1 for 3 minutes. Set aside.

    3. Fill the TM mix bowl with 500 ml water.

    4. Chop broccoli into small bite size florets. Make use of the stalk if desired and arrange broccoli in the varoma.

    5. Steam broccoli for 15 mins/ varoma temp/ speed 1

    6. Set aside and cook pasta as per EDC directions.

    7. Combine pasta, broccoli, bacon and Thousand Island Dressing in serving bowl and toss lightly. Chill for 60 minutes before serving.


    (To cook pasta and broccoli at the same time pre-heat water in the TM bowl for 10 mins/100c/speed 1 prior to step 4 and then cook pasta in the TM bowl while streaming broccoli  100c, 10 mins, 100c, counter-clockwise operationspeed 1)


Tip

This makes an ideal lunch box snack and can be served warm or chilled.
