  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 15 g garlic
  • 500 g Beef steak thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tamari (low salt)
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper crushed
  • 40 g red capsicum sliced into strips
  • 40 g onion sliced into strips
  • 40 g straw mushrooms, optional
  • 15 g red chilli sliced, optional
  • 20 g Celery sliced thinly
  • 20 g Spring onion sliced thinly
  • 30 g Green Peppercorn
  • 180 grams chicken stock liquid

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place garlic in TM Bol and crush 3 secs/speed 7
  2. 2. Add oil and cook 3 mins/Varoma/speed 1.5
  3. 3. Add beef and stirfry 3 mins/varoma/reverse/speed 1
  4. 4. Add Oyster sauce, tamari, fish sauce, sugar and black pepper and cook 1 min/varoma/reverse/speed 1
  5. 5. Add capsicum, ontions, mushrooms, chilli, celery, sping onion, green peppercorns and chicken stock and cook 1 min/varoma/reverse/speed 1.5
  6. 6. Service over Rice

Tip

Switch vegetables for thigs you like

Add extra pepper if you like it hot

    Added more capsicum and cooked longer at the end as above. Yum yum

    Loved the flavours in this recipe, we decided to leave out the mushrooms and chilli. On the last step, we also cooked for 5 minutes, 100°, speed 1.5 as we like our veggies soft, we then added Singapore noodles instead of rice.
