Ingredients
Janine's Teryaki Beef
- 25 g sesame oil
- 3 cm ginger (no need to peel)
- 3 cloves garlic (peeled)
- 1 red chilli (deseeded)
- 2-3 spring onions
- 20 g Coconut sugar
- 25 g cornflour
- 60 g mirin
- 45 g soy sauce
- 650 g Steak (sliced into strips)

- Add oil, ginger, garlic, chilli and spring onions to the TM Bowl. Chop 5 seconds speed 7, scrape down and repeat.
Cook 2.5mins, varoma, speed 2
Add sugar, cornflour, mirin, tamari and steak strips and cook 4-5mins, varoma, reverse speed 1 - Serve on rice or noodles.
Garnish with extra toasted garlic, chilli flakes or nuts
Optional for more flavour and to make larger quantities make double the sauce in Thermomix and stirfry beef in a work and then add to jug to mix.
