Enjoyed this and especially the fact that the pumpkin was totally disguised so that my kids actually got the nutrients into them even if no-one knew it! My only concern as a Thermomix newbie is that none of the beef/lamb dishes that I've cooked to date result in tender meat... Is it the cuts of meat that I'm buying?! Or maybe I've just been spoilt by my pressure cooker tenderising the cheapest cuts of meat in 20 mins
Was yummy, although I would add the pumpkin later as mine turned into mush, but it made the stew nice and thick. Served it with pasta for my little ones and hubby and I had it with vegies! Super easy.
I loved this. I had to use a jar of pasta sauce as it was all I had as well as coconut oil instead of olive oil, and I loved it! Thanks!

so so delicious! thankyou
This is yummy! I used a can of Italian tomatoes and around 750g lamb as that's what I had defrosted. I will try and remember to take a photo when we have it of dinner one night next week.
Nice easy recipe - thanks!
I'll have to try this!
Try tomato sauce every waway it is or of my recipes. Let me know how you go. I might need to put it in here.
