- 1 onion, peeled and quartered
- 2 cloves garlic peeled
- 1 red chilli
- 1 tsp tumeric powder
- 15 grams olive oil
- 300 grams chicken breast diced
- 5 Florets of broccoli
- 1 tablespoon white vingar
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 220 grams mangos canned or fresh
- 100 grams mango syrup
- 220 grams coconut milk
- 2 cm ginger fresh

Place onion, garlic, chilli, ginger and tumeric into Thermomix bowl and chop 5 sec, speed 7. Scrape sides.
Add oil. Cook 100 degrees, 3 mins, speed 1.
Add diced chicken and all other ingredients into Thermomix bowl. Cook 100 degrees, reverse speed soft 10 mins. Serve with rice.

I also didn't add the mango syrup or sugar (it was sweet enough), but it could have done with more oomph - perhaps another chilli or some kaffir lime leaves. Nevertheless, delicious and a lovely summer dish.

Loved this dish I added mushrooms and capsicum and it was delish!!!
Lovely! Used a whole head of broccoli and fresh mango (needed 1 large mango). Left out the mango syrup as didn't have any.
I have made this again using canned mango and added some of the juice. I think I made it too watery. We didn't like this quite as much.
This was a really lovely dish. If I wernt feeding it to children as well I would have put in another chilli. Next time I make this yummy dish I will omit the brown sugar as I think it was sweet enough.
