Ingredients

  • 20 grams oil
  • 600 grams chicken breast sliced
  • 1/2 onion
  • 3/4 Can creamed corn
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin, ground
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Salsa
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeno chillis, diced
  • tasty cheese (for topping)
  • milk (for topping)
  • Flour tortillas

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place onions into TM bowl and chop for 2-3 seconds on speed 6.

    Add chicken and oil and saute for 6-7 minutes, Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation"  at 100oC on speed Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" .

    Add all other ingredients and cook 10 minutes, Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" at 100oC on speed Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" .

    TO SERVE

    Make a sauce from 1 part Creamed Corn & 1 part Milk for topping and have some grated cheese ready.

    Spoon the hot chicken mix into a 10" Flour Tortilla and roll up. Top with the sauce (above) and then top with cheese. Bake in a hot oven until the cheese is melted.

    Serve with corn chips, shredded lettuce, grated carrot and grated cheese on the side.
