I just did everything on speed 1 but I made a lot of changes according to my needs and what I had in my house, like used peanut oil, used a brown onion and a little bit of coriander, then made rice (of course needs this). My husband's got weird taste buds, he said yellow mustard seeds tasted sour like lemons. Next time I'll sieve all the liquid off the tin of tomatoes. It still works with all the differences though like curry powder instead of chilli powder.
I am hoping to make this tomorrow night i am pretty new to the thermo world. what speed are you referring to when you say 'soft speed' please?
Easy & Delicious, loved by all the family! Thanks
Absolutely amazing. My family loved it.. was just the right amount of spices as well.. Wasn't mouth burning, but you could tell you were eating curry. Thank you so much for sharing. This will be a regular dish in my home.
