Ingredients

  • 0.5 zucchini
  • 0.5 Capsicum
  • 100 g mushrooms of choice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion (approx 120g, or to taste)
  • 1 stick celery, small
  • 750 grams chicken cubes (of choice)
  • 200 grams Tinned tomatoes, or diced fresh tomatoes
  • 400 grams tomato soup
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable stock concentrate
  • 20 grams Worsteshire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 150 gram whipping cream

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre-chop zucchini, mushroom and capsicum for 2 secs / sp 4. Set aside.

  2. Add celery, onion and garlic to the TM Bowl and chop 3 sec / sp 7.

    Saute 3 min / Varoma / Sp 1.

     

     

  3. Add ½ tin Tomatoes, 1 can Tomato Soup, chopped veges & 750g cubed Chicken, 20g Worchestshire Sauce, 1 Tbsp Vege Stock Concentrate, Paprika and black pepper to taste. Cook 20 mins /100 / Rev / spd 1 with MC removed & basket on top.

  4. Add 250 ml cream cook 3min/100/Rev/Spd 1. 

  5. Best served with steamed rice of your preference.

Tip

For a thicker sauce, you may prefer to remove the MC and use your simmer basket on top of the bowl lid while the sauce is cooking.
