Ingredients
Casserole
- 250 grams mushrooms, Cut into Large pieces (inch square)
- 20 grams oil
- 260 grams water
- 1kg Chuck or Casserole Steak or Gravy Beef, Cut into 1.5 cm cubes
- 250 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons Cornflour, dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water
- 200 grams red wine
- 1 tablespoon Vege or Beef Stock Paste
- 1 teaspoon salt

1. Place Mushrooms and Oil into TM Bowl. Cook 5 mins/100C/"Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting" .
2. Add 50g of the water (1/2 MC) and steak. Cook 5 mins/Varoma/"Counter-clockwise operation" [soft].
3. Add Cherry Tomaotes, Cornflour/Water mix, Red Wine, remaining Water, Stock Concentrate and Salt. Cook 10 mins/Varoma/"Counter-clockwise operation" [soft].
4. Cook 60 mins/90C"Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting" .
5. Remove MC for the last 20 minutes of cooking.
6. Serve with Creamy Polenta, Mashed Potatoes, Rice or Pasta.
Tip
Once cooked, put into your Thermoserver to keep it warm while you make your side.
I recommend for it to be served with Creamy Polenta.
Serve with Vegetables also.

Just the easy recipe I needed when caught short for dinner options on a chilly Friday evening. Had to use tin tomatoes
