Thankyou for this recipe and comments - I sliced the bacon manually, substituted 50 g of cheese with Parmesan cheese, chopped zucchini less and used wholemeal SR flour - cooked beautifully in a pie dish
so easy & I liked the slight taste of mint in this, will be making this again
Easy and delicious. Turned out similar to cake texture. I added breadcrumbs and cheese on top to make it crunchy.
Hi Yvie, we found the same thing. Taste was great but was kind of like mush once in your mouth. We will try limiting chopping times next time too!
This was a nice meal. The texture was a bit different to what we've made pre-Thermo but we still enjoyed it. Cheers
So delicious! Have made this 3 times now and every time it has been a winner with all - even mr fusspot 4!
I love this recipe- I've made it loads! I do find it takes ages to cook though so this time I made it in muffin tins and it took less time and tasted amazing thanks!!
So delicious and so easy to make it
I substituted the oil with milk and a little melted butter. Then I made them in to savoury pancakes/fritters. Absolutely perfect! What a versatile mix, and love not having to grate/chop like making traditional zucchini slice. Thanks.
Ver nice! Like suggested by others I shortened the chopping times. I also used less Oil as it seemed a bit much (90grams) and was still very moist. I was also a bit short on tasty cheese but had some mozzerla in the fridge. Used that and was just as delicious!
