- 2 Medium carrots, peeled and chopped into 3cm pieces
- 2 Medium zucchinis, chopped into 3cm pieces
- 1 medium brown onion, quartered
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Handful of fresh mixed herbs, (Parsley, Basil, Oregano)
- 150 grams bacon, Diced
- 40 grams olive oil
- 1 can Cannelli Beans (400g), Drained
- 400 gram can of diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon vegetable stock (BCB)
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste

- Place carrot, zuchinni, onion, garlic and fresh herbs into TM bowl and roughly chop for 4 seconds, on speed 5 - or until desired.
- Scrape down sides of TM bowl.
- Add diced bacon and olive oil into TM bowl and saute for 5 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 1.
- Add all remaining ingredients to TM bowl and cook for 17 minutes, 100 degrees, on reverse soft speed, with MC in.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Delicious! Also made without the bacon. I thought it was slightly too salty so will use less veggie stock next time. It would definitely be too salty for me with the bacon. Love the veggies in it!
I enjoyed this recipe. I didn't use bacon, instead I cooked an omelette in the veroma tray and used a cooking time of 15 minutes on veroma temp (last step).
Made this for breakfast, had with cheese on toast was delicious! Enough for the next few days too!
