Disappointed.  Second time I've tried to use this method for my scrambled egg - last time the eggs were inedible - like totally inedible and went in the bin - what a waste if my lovely eggs.  This time they are edible but certainly not nice.  They have a grainy powdery texture.  Thinking may be overcooked but I do use large eggs and they look to be just cooked enough and there is a little bit of liquid at the bottom of the bowl so they don't appear to have dried out.  I will try and cook for less time next time and see what happens.

Will certainly be making this again.  Added a tomato curry sauce left over from the night before to accompany the scrambled eggs on toast.   Perfect meal for the fasting night in the 5:2 diet.
