Very helpful this recipe . Cooked it for abour 20-25 min with more milk , got a tm5 so could b why it was still a lil raw at first

Hi Protea, a specialty african store or even a specialty grocer should have it. It may go by the name Corn Meal too. If not, a finely ground Polenta could work too.
