We also don’t make pancakes often, so my kids happily ate one pancake each as they don’t know the difference!
i personally quite liked these, I used half quantities, 2 banana and 2 eggs, the mix was very thick, def pancake like! I also left out the maple syrup, and used it on top after tmrc_emoticons.)

Gee wiz these were delicious. I also halved the recipe (which still made 6 big pancakes) but used 3 eggs because I added two full scoops of protein powder. Next time I will try the recipe without the maple syrup in the batter so I can eat them WITH maple syrup. Definitely recommend!

Made these today. Turned out as they should but family wasn't convinced. Figure for the amount of times we make pancakes a year, I'd prefer the real deal. Worth a try.

These turned out great - like other reviewers I only made half the quantity (using 2 bananas & 2 eggs) and it turned out fine. I substituted Maple Syrup for Honey, and Greek Yoghurt for Natural Yoghurt. Will make again.

I made these and they were lovely.  I wanted only half the amount, so used 2 bananas and 2 eggs and they worked very well.  Wondering how they would be with no eggs now and soya yogurt as they could then be useful for when my vegan son visits.

    Hi,

Looks an interesting recipe.  What amount of apple (shredded) should I use instead of the banana?

    Thanks
