Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves only
  • 20 grams olive oil
  • 1 onion, Peeled and cut in half
  • 4 cloves of garlic peeled
  • 5 grams ginger
  • 1000 grams carrots
  • 750 grams water
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 80 grams quinoa
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Chilli to taste

3 tablespoons vegetable stock

Recipe's preparation

    Carrot, Ginger, Garlic, Chilli & Coriander Soup
  1. Add coriander seeds to TM bowl Roast 3 minutes / 100 degrees /speed 1.

    Mill seeds 1 minute speed 10 - Set aside.

    Add onion, ginger, garlic and chilli to TM bowl and chop 3 seconds speed 7.

    Weigh in oil and saute 3 mins/100 degrees/ speed 1.

    Add carrots and Chop 10 seconds/speed 6.

    Add water and stock, salt and pepper, cook 20 minutes /100 degrees /speed 3.5.

    Rinse and drain quinoa and add to TM bowl, cook 10 minutes /80 degrees /speed 3.

     

    Add coriander and lime juice to TM bowl and cook 7 minutes/ 80 degrees/ speed 2 .
