I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Fill the TM bowl with 1L of water and place the cauliflower florets in the varoma. Steam on the Varoma setting for 20 minutes, speed 1.5 (or until the cauliflwer is quite soft). Set aside.
Cut 4 round slices, each 0.5cm thick, off the end of the onion and set aside.
Place the remainder of the onion in a dry TM bowl together with the rosemary leaves. Chop 6 seconds at speed 6.
Add olive oil to the TM bowl and saute 3 minutes, 90 degrees, speed 3. Set aside to cool.
When onion, rosemary and oil is cool, add the eggs and basil and mix, 5 seconds at speed 3.5.
Add flour, baking pwder, tumeric, parmesan, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix 5 seconds at speed 3.5 or until smooth.
Place the cauliflower into a large bowl and pour over the batter. Stir gently to combine without breaking up the cauliflower florets.
Line the base and sides of a 24cm springform cake tin with baking paper. Brush with melted butter and toss the sesame and nigella seeds around the inside of the tin so they stick.
Tip in the cauliflower mix and arrange the reserved onion rings on top. Bake in an oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 45 minutes or until golden and set.
Remove from the oven and leave to stand 20 minutes or so before serving.

TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Tastes great, looks impressive and easy to make. I prepared and steamed my cauliflower on the stove beforehand and used a round glass casserole dish.
