Quick, easy and yum! I ended up making it with passata as I thought I had a can of tomatoes but didn’t and only realised halfway through oops. Still tasted great!

My partner and I found this recipe to be a little bland for us and didn't overly enjoy it. We eat a lot of meals that are similar to this as I am vegetarian, and maybe we are used to more variety of spices, but just didn't love it. I'd definitely add garlic if I were to make it again.

How is this different to the original posted by user "ynielson"? I thought clones were required to have at least one ingredient changed/added and a different method...

LOVE this! Easy to make and delicious vegetarian food that doesn't taste like anything (eg meat!) is missing. A delicious complete recipe! Looking forward to making again.

Very yummy! I added some extra veg: diced zucchini, mushroom and carrot. I also used fresh ginger added with the onion in step 1 and fresh coriander too.

Only the secound main meal I have made in my TM and it's yum 'o' Can't understand the reason to let it sit in the server for 10-15mins I just left it long enough to heat through the bed of Cous Cous.
