Quick, easy and yum! I ended up making it with passata as I thought I had a can of tomatoes but didn’t and only realised halfway through oops. Still tasted great!
My partner and I found this recipe to be a little bland for us and didn't overly enjoy it. We eat a lot of meals that are similar to this as I am vegetarian, and maybe we are used to more variety of spices, but just didn't love it. I'd definitely add garlic if I were to make it again.
Tastes great and is super easy. What more can you ask for
This isn't a clone!
I will try this as my first thermomix recipe - received it today from my fiance, who bought it for my birthday I'm so thrilled! Off cooking, this stew looks healthy and delicious!
How is this different to the original posted by user "ynielson"? I thought clones were required to have at least one ingredient changed/added and a different method...
Super easy and delicious! I packed a few more veggies in like zucchini without an issue. Yum
LOVE this! Easy to make and delicious vegetarian food that doesn't taste like anything (eg meat!) is missing. A delicious complete recipe! Looking forward to making again.
Very yummy! I added some extra veg: diced zucchini, mushroom and carrot. I also used fresh ginger added with the onion in step 1 and fresh coriander too.
Only the secound main meal I have made in my TM and it's yum 'o' Can't understand the reason to let it sit in the server for 10-15mins I just left it long enough to heat through the bed of Cous Cous.
