Crack 6 eggs into Thermomix Bowl
Add 40 mls Cream or Milk
Add Salt (optional)
Place lid on Thermomix and with Mc on and mix 10 sec / spped 4
Pur butterfly in place
Then 12 mins / 90 degrees / speed 2 with MC on
Use basket to remove any excess liquid if any

You can extra items such as fresh or dried herbs, diced bacon etc

Unfortunately no luck for me either 😔
This didn't work for me at all. I had to transfer it to a microwave bowl & finish it in that.

Proudmummycindy: Did you have any problem with the eggs sticking to the bottom of the thermo jug without using the whisk?
Failure!
Eggs were gritty and dry and had that over cooked egg water.12 minutes is far to long on 90 degrees.
Fantastic recipe. Great for breakfast before school as it's quick and easy. My 9 yr old makes it for her and her sister. Thanks for sharing
When my hubby and I feel unwell we crave scrambled eggs and this recipe is the best, so quick and easy and yummy!
Really did not like the texture of this, scrambled eggs are meant to be light a fluffy

This recipe didn't work for me. The eggs stuck to the bottom of the bowl and butterfly. So I ended up spending a lot of time scrubbing it off. I didn't like the texture of the eggs. It was like cottage cheese and overcooked.
Disaster.
