Ingredients

Moroccon Stew

  • 1 small onion, Quartered
  • 1 carrot, Roughly chopped
  • 2 clove garlic

Spices

  • 5 gram Rice Bran Oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 1 tsp ground tumeric
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Other

  • 230 g cauliflower
  • 1 tsp TM vegie stock concentrate, (or Chicken Stock)
  • 1 Cup water
  • 150 g red lentils, Well Washed
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 70 g tomato paste

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add Onion, Carrot and Garlic to TM Bowl.   Chop 5sec, Speed 5


    Scrape Down


     

  2. Add all ingredients from Spices section  and Saute 3min, Varoma Speed 1


     

  3. Add Cauliflower and chop 5sec, Speed 5


     

  4. Add rest of Other Ingredients and simmer 60 minutes 90 degrees counter-clockwise operation Speed 1.5  or until tender


     

  5. Serve with Gluten Free Bread, Wraps, Rice or Corn Chips
