  • to taste small chiilies

Recipe's preparation

  1. Peel the skin of ridge guard 

    Add oil then add ridge guard slices and chillli saute on 120degrees for 20 mins 

    Add garlic cloves salt coriander powder tamarind salt 

    Grind the mixture at 8 speed for 12 secs 

     

Tip

Can have with rice and roti 

Add chillies and salt according to taste
