Grate Cheddar Cheese 6 secs / sp 8. Set aside.
Place Garlic Clove in TM Bowl and chop 3 secs / sp 7. Scrape down bowl.
Add Spinach Leaves and chop 3 secs / sp 4.
Add 75g of reseverved cheese, ricotta, eggs, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Mix 10 secs / / sp 5.
Place mixture into a piping bag or a plastic snap lock bag with the corner snipped off. Fill Cannelloni tubes and place in Varoma Base and Tray. It is ok to lie on top of each other.
Add Tomatoes and Sweet Chilli Sauce to TM Bowl. (You do not need to wash it out from previous steps). Place Varoma on top and cook 35 mins / Varoma / / sp 1.
Serve with reserved cheese. Enjoy!!
Tip
You can complete this recipe in the oven instead of the Varoma if you prefer. Simply place filled Cannelloni tubes in a baking dish. Mix tomatoes and sweet chilli sauce in Tm bowl for 10 secs / sp 4 and pour over Cannelloni tubes and then top with cheese. Cook for 30 mins at 180C (Fan Forced)
If there is any left over filling, place inside some puff pastry and bake in oven to make yummy Spinach and Ricotta Triangles.
