  • 20 grams oil
  • 5 pieces shallots, thinly slice with TM cutter
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly slice with TM cutter
  • 3 pieces fresh red chilli, diagonally slice
  • 3 pieces fresh bird's eye chilli, diagonally slice
  • 10 pieces meatballs, slice
  • 100 grams water
  • 25 grams light soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon chicken powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mushroom Bouillon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 200 grams Chinese cabbage

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pour 20 grams oil, 5 pieces shallots, 3 cloves garlic. Cook 3 min / 120 C / sp. 1
  2. Add 3 pieces fresh red chilli, 3 pieces fresh bird's eye chilli, 10 pieces meatballs. Cook 2 min / 120 C / reverse / sp. spoon
  3. Pour 100 grams water, 25 grams light soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon chicken powder, 1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper, 1/4 teaspoon mushroom bouillon, 200 grams Chinese cabbage. Cook 5 min / 120 C / reverse / sp. spoon
