  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • .5 tsp tumeric

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees & grease a baking dish

  2. Place onion, garlic, carrot & zucchini in bowl & chop 5 secs speed 5 (or to desired consistency 

  3. Add oil & saute 5 mins 120 degrees speed 2 MC off

  4. Add remaining ingredients & combined 6 secs Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" 4

  5. Pour into prepared tin & bake 40 mins or until set & golden on top

  6. Cool for 5 mins before slicing, yummy served hot or cold

Tip

I prep my quinoa & sweet potato in advance, I've used roast potato & steamed & both are good. To cook quinoa I soak it for an hour then place in the basket with 900g water in the bowl & cook 20 mins varoma speed 3, you can cooked sweet potato cut into smallish cubes in varoma at the same time too.

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
