  • 1cup chickpea flour (besan flour)
  • 2cups cold water
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1/4tsp black pepper, i used chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp dill or cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2tsp olive oil
  • 1 panko breadcrumbs or sesame seeds to coat

  1. put everything in jug except breadcrumbs or sesame

    mix 10secs speed 5 till smooth

    scrape down them cook for 10mins /100/speed 1.5

    line 8x8 suitable dish with glad wrap and pour in chickpea mix and smooth then allow to cool.you can cool on bench for 15mins then in fridge or put in freezer for 20mins.tip out ad cut into chip shapes you can then roll in breadcrumbs or sesame bit fiddly but there so good and shallow fry i used coconut oil.

    you could bake in oven cook from frozen by spraying with oil turning after they brown 30mins
