Recipe's preparation

    pizza base
  1. chop carrots into chunks (peel if you want to) and chop 3secs/speed 5 scrape down add rest ingrediants and mix 5secs/rev/speed3

put ovenproof paper on pizza tray and brush with  olive oil press the mix and flatten should be enough for two bases

cook in 200 oven till brown add topping and cook under grill till brown

this is not your normal pizza tmrc_emoticons.) but if you cannot have wheat or grain it a tasty substitute

Tip

dont over load topping because it is a thin base.I also had it as a side with soup to replace bread, can use as a wrap

i added tumeric to mix you could add any herbs eg basil or rosemary

i made one with parsnip and zuccini as i did not have enough carrots was nice too tmrc_emoticons.)

    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

I've not tried a lot of paleo but i thought i would give this a go seeing as my mum is on the paleo diet (she loved it and said she would make it for herself again). This was nice but i guess my taste buds are used to something different and i did find it a little dry at times, so if made it again i would either add a bit of water or put less coconut flour flour in.
