- 100g frozen peas, blanch in boiling water
- 400g can cannelli beans, i used mixed drain
- 1/2 bunch mint leaves
- 50g Self Raising Flour
- 65g ricotta, see tips
- 1/2cup Panko Crumbs
- 1tbs sesame seeds
- 1 Oil of choice for frying

first chop mint 2secs speed 7
scrape down add peas /beans/flour/ricotta/season with salt and pepper i added squeeze lemon juice then blend rev/30seconds/speed4 keep blending till combined but still chunky
i then split into 1/3 cup potions to make burgers but you could roll into24 balls to creaste falafels
i coated in panko/sesame mix you can bypass this
fry in oil of choice not to hot

make ricotta ,one litre milk heat 12min/85temp/sp3
when heated turn ton speed 4 to create whilpool turn off and quickly add 45g lemon juice gently stir with spatchalor and leave to stand for 2mins.it will seperate then pour through nut bag to drain will make about 100g ricotta i used hilo minlk
