Really enjoyed the flavours of this. Made some little tweets, only had Ricotta in the fridge, and was cooking my chicken from near frozen. It still turned out beaut just adjusted the cooking times, then I put it all together in the TM5 and cooked a bit more.... I'm always worried that I may under cook chicken from frozen. Just me.
Really enjoyed this. Cooked for a bit longer so the chicken & brocolli was fully cooked.
Also used greek yoghurt instead of the cream cheese as I had no cream cheese & greek yoghurt is my substitute for everything. Boys all said it was one to have every week. Thanks for the recipie!
Nice pasta sauce and so easy to make. The whole family loves it. Thanks for recipe!
I had to stop and stir the chicken a few times to get it to cook evenily as it was packed into the basket and wasn't cooking evenly. I also didn't add the spinach until the last couple of minutes. Next time I will add some cream and flour to thicken the sauce also.
I added few dollops of full cream and some flour to make sauce thicker and richer at the end
