- 500 grams Milk
- 225 grams Calrose rice
- 150 grams sugar raw
- 6 pieces dates (or prunes)
- Half level teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 level teaspoons cinnamon sugar
- 3 level tablespoons cream

Combine milk sugar vanilla and rice in TM bowl. Bring to boil on varoma temp speed 3, then reduce temp to 70 degrees speed 3 for 20 minutes. Chop fruit to desired size and add to bowl together with cream and"Gentle stir setting" stir thru. Turn out into bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Rice
Tip
Fruit such as apricots raisins or cherries could be substituted. Dried fruit may be steamed in varoma at time of cooking rice to plump.
