- 1 piece red onion halved
- 3 cloves garlic
- 330 grams arborio rice
- 50 grams olive oil
- 65 grams dry white wine
- 400 grams chicken stock/ broth
- 150 grams water
- 400 grams canned peeled tomatoes/ or chopped fresh tomatoes
- 150 grams Raw squid rings
- 200 grams peeled raw prawns
- 100 grams frozen green peas thawed
- .5 piece red capsicum sliced
- 200 grams spanish chorizo sliced, or plain chorizo
- dash ground black pepper
- pinch salt
- .5 teaspoon smoked paprika powder
- 4 sprigs parsley, leaves only
- 1 piece lemon, wedges

1. Place onion and garlic into mixing bowl. Insert measuring cup, chop 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
2. Add olive oil and sauté 3 mins/ 120°C/speed 1.
3. Insert butterfly whisk. Add Arborio rice, sauté 1 min/120°C/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1.5, without measuring cup.
4. Add white wine and sauté 2 min/Varoma/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1.5, without measuring cup. Scrape bottom of mixing bowl well with spatula to loosen rice.
5. Add stock, water, tomatoes, squid, prawns, capsicum, chorizo, ground pepper and paprika and salt. Scrape again bottom of mixing bowl with spatula to loose. Place simmering basket instead of measuring cup into mixing bowl lid. Cook 14 min/ 100°C/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1.5.
6. Add peas. Place simmering basket and cook 3 min/ 100°C/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1.5.
7.Transfer into Thermoserver. Serve immediately. Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.

This was delicious! I made a few changes to suit whai I had, fish instead of squid, srping onion from the garden instead of onion, way more smoked Paprika (2 heaped tsp). I will definately be doing this one again!
