Ingredients
- 2 clove garlic, peeled
- 1 --- brown onion, halved
- 2 long red chillies, deseeded, roughly chopped
- 1 spanish chorizo, roughly chopped
- 25 g olive oil
- 400 g Tin crushed tomatoes
- 1 --- Handful fresh basil, roughly chopped
- sea salt and black pepper, to taste
- penne rigate

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Add garlic, onion and chilli to TM bowl and chop 5 sec / speed 7.
Scrape down sides of bowl and add chorizo. Chop 4 sec / speed 4.
Add oil, saute 3 min / Varoma / Speed 1.
Add all remaining ingredients and cook 15 minutes / 100 degrees / speed 1 with MC removed and TM basket on top of mixing bowl to reduce splatter.
Stir some of the sauce through the cooked pasta.
Serve and top with a little more sauce.
Add some fresh finely grated parmesan and enjoy!

Tip
Cook pasta on stovetop according to directions to be ready when your sauce is.

Made this last night and all I can say is WOW! Amazing flavours, quick and easy. Thanks for the recipe! Will be making this one again for sure. Note: I added some crumbled feta on top which complimented the dish.
