Ingredients

Beetroot dip

  • 1 x 425g can beetroot slices, drained
  • 120g yoghurt
  • 120g sour cream
  • 1 level tsp ground cumin
  • 1 level tsp Ground Coriander
  • 1/2 level tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped fresh mint leaves, optional, to decorate

Recipe's preparation

    How to:
  1. 1. Add all to the Closed lid"Closed lid" , except for the beetroot and optional mint.
    2. Combine sp3/10 secs. Scrape.
    3. Add beetroot and blend sp4, until pureed to your liking.
    4. Place in fridge and serve with crackers, Lavosh crackers, celery or carrot.
