- 200 grams cooked broad beans (outer skin peeled off after cooking)
- 150 grams Fetta Cheese
- Juice of one lemon
- pepper and salt to taste

- Pkace chives, garlic, parsley and coriander into bowl and chop 3 seconds/speed 7
- add cooked broad beans (200g after skins have been removed), fetta, juice and salt and pepper and turbo/1-3 times. The number of times will depend on whether you like your dip chunky or smooth

Really tasty! I didn't have (nor do I like) corriander leaf, but it was awesome without it
I also had 300g of broadbeans, so added the whole 200g block of feta to the thermie and it was just fine!
I did have my doubts but I'm surprised how lovely it taste.
Nice as a dip but I also think a small amount on top of a piece of sreak
