Cheesey Mexican Salsa Dip
- 250 g Philadelphia cream cheese, Softened and chopped
- 125 g sour cream
- 200 jar Salsa, Divided into 150g and 50g
- 200g cheese, Grated
- fresh coriander, Chopped ( optional)
- sour cream, To serve
- Corn chips, For serving

- Preheat the oven to 180°C
Grease a 18-20cm pie dish
1. Place cream cheese in bowl 30secs/sp3.5
2. Add sour cream 30secs/sp3.5
3. Add 150g salsa and 150g cheese 20secs/sp3.5
4. Place in a greased pie dish, sprinkle with remaining 50g cheese and dollop with extra salsa to taste.
5. Sprinkle with chopped corriander
(optional)
6. Bake for 20-30 mins
7. Serve with corn chips for dipping
