Zero scales and weigh orange juice into mixing bowl. Add water to bring up to 250g. Add sugar.
Cook 100 degrees / 2 mins / speed 2.
Add cranberries and cook 100 degrees / 13 mins /
"Counter-clockwise operation" / speed 1-2.Serve with Turkey.
