Ingredients:
- 2 tsp fennel seeds
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 small fennel bulb, trimmed & roughly cut
- 400 g can Chick Peas, drained
- 40 g lemon juice
- 2 tbsp TM Tahini
- 1-2 tsp TM Vegetable stock paste, or to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Sprig of Fennel leaves, to garnish

1. Place fennel seeds into TM bowl, dry roast 5 minutes Varoma temp. speed soft, grind 1-2 minutes speed 9, until finely ground. Remove and set aside.
2. Place garlic into TM bowl, chop 5 seconds speed 7 and scrape down.
3. Add fennel and chop 5-10 seconds speed 7, scraping down and repeating until finely chopped.
4. Add remaining ingredients, except garnish, including ground fennel seeds and mix for up to 1 minute speed 4 until desired consistency is achieved.
5. Serve with vegetable sticks and/or plain cracker biscuits, garnished with sprig of fennel leaves.
