- 1 tsp salt, seaweed salt is good

Put all ingredients in bowl and puree speed 9 for 20 seconds. Scrape down sides and puree twice more at speed 9 for 20 seconds.

This is great on grilled oily fish like mackerel, or a grilled beef steak like a minute steak or rib eye

The horseradish was well mixed but the small chunk of beetroot didn't mix in until we turned the speed down (4 or 5) on the third time to catch it. End looks good.
