Made this today for the first time as I had cooked up a lot of chickpeas. So easy and so good. Wouldn't bother to buy this from the supermarket again!
Yummy and delicious and very easy to make. I added some Flavourista Roasted Garlic Smash evoo over the top as a garnish with some sesame seeds. Will make this one again.

Lovely,quick and tasty.
I made this and it was great, no changes to the recipe but next time I may use some chili oil as I like spicy.
Yum added extra lemon and turmeric and then on top swirled olive oil and sprinkle of paprika. All ready for nibbles tonight!
I just add about a teaspoon of cumin. A good hummus.
I make hummus once a week at least. I add half a teaspoon of turmeric as well. And once I used a mandarine instead of lemon and the hummus was still delicious.
Lovely and easy. Replace the water and/or lemon juice with lime juice for a bit of extra freshness. If you like a bit of variation, start off by roasting 2 tablespoons of cumin seeds in the bowl (100 degrees, 4 mins, reverse stir "Gentle stir setting" ). Follow the recipe as above (with lime juice if you have it) and serve with a drizzle of EVOO and chopped corriander leaves. It's superb!
Lovely and easy. I'm not a hummus eater, however my daughter takes it to school to have with her crackers or carrot sticks. She loves it!
Yum!!!
i added more lemon juice and salt as well as a tablespoon of the leftover chick pea fluid. Might add some paprika next time.
